A Our contries Office Football League (APFL) is an indoor football league based in the midwestern United States that began play in 2003. A league's flagship team is the Kansas Koyotes who keep close at hand captured a number 1 3 league championships & have however to become defeated.

West Coast Football Association Adult tackle football in the San Joaquin Valley of California. Midwest Football League Consists of teams from Indiana and Ohio. Sixman Football Association Recreational/full contact adult football with teams located in Texas. Arizona Football League Adult, amateur tackle football with 22 teams statewide. Offers fall and spring leagues plus a college season against Arizona junior colleges. High Desert Football League Semi-pro football league with teams located in California and Nevada. Southern Plains Football League Nine man semi-pro league with teams located in Iowa, Minnesota, and South Dakota. South Atlantic Minor League Football Semi-pro/minor league with teams located in Georgia and South Carolina. |
